Kintsa currently ships across the US. We pack orders with care and aim to keep the process simple.

A few notes
Orders typically leave our studio within 1 to 2 business days.
Tracking is sent by email as soon as your order is on the way.
We currently ship within the US while we prepare for a wider launch.
Returns
If something arrives damaged or your order is not right, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Because matcha is a consumable product, opened items cannot be returned.
